Prepare for Cooking and Serving Trim stem, cut in half and remove
all seeds and white ribs. If pepper rings are desired, cut into slices
before seeding. If the pepper is to be stuffed
whole, cut off top and scoop out seeds. Peppers are also chopped or diced
