Limetta, Sweet Lemon.
Citrus limetta

These fruits resemble lemons in every respect except, you are able to eat them raw.  They have a mild, sweet juice tastes like lemon aid.  There are three varieties of Limetta, Millsweet  grown mainly in California and Italy is the beast known and are recognized by the large nipple at the opposite end from the stem.

Limettas are not readily available commercially, but are at times imported.

They may be used to make lemon drinks, lemon curd, and as a flavoring in baking.
