      A member of the legume family, it is virtually unknown in the western 
      hemisphere, but used extensively as a seasoning in the Far East, 
      particularly in curry powder.The sprouts are at 
      their best at 3 to 4 days and at a length of 1/2 inch allowing the sprout 
      to bring Fenugreek's spicy flavor.  Any older or longer and the
