Preparation  
Remove skin by peeling with the hands. Slice in half for juicing, or quarter for eating. Peel and section for fruit salads and remove all the white inner peel from fruit. The peel can be grated; cut the peel for candled orange peel with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.
