Wilted

soft,
or
shriveled
carrots
are
undesirable
Decay
appears
as
soft
or
water
soaked
areas
and
sometimes
mold
will
appear
Carrots
of
inconsistent
form,
forked
or
cracked
will
have
a
lower
yield
ratio.
