Perciatelli / bucatini  
pear-chuh-TELL-lee  These are long strands of hollow pasta with a pin-size hole running lengthwise through the middle that are thicker than spaghetti. 

Perciatelli usually used in the same manner as spaghetti or served in casseroles or with hearty meat sauces, sometimes they're broken up and served in minestrone soup.
