Used Part  Tree Leaves, Plant Leaves

There are two plants named curry but they have nothing to do with the spice blend known as curry.  The smaller of the two plants has the aroma of the curry blend but turns bitter when cooked.  The other is a curry tree that produces a curry leaf.  When fresh these leaves may be added to curry dishes but loose their flavor when dried.
