 Mafalde ma-FALL-duh flat, rectangular noodles that resembles a narrow lasagna noodles, that are approximately ½ to ¾ inch in width with ruffles along both edges. This pasta is found both in short lengths of about 1 ¼ inches and long lengths of 10 inches or more. The singular form is mafalda.
