Strawberries

fresh,
clean,
bright,
have
solid
red
color
or
at
least
very
little
white
or
green,
have
the
caps
in
place,
and
be
free
of
moisture
and
mold.
There
is
no
correlation
between
size
of
berries
and
flavor.
Strawberries
are
highly
perishable
and
must
be
kept
cold
and
humid
and
should
be
used
as
soon
as
possible.
