Used in a variety of ways, cranberries
are most popular in the fall as a jelly to
accompany turkey or as a cranberry juice drink used year round.
Season
Fresh cranberries are on the market from September to December, while
processed products such as cranberry juice or jelly
are available all year. The peak month is November, with large
amounts used at Thanksgiving and at Christmas.
Raspberries will last up to two weeks in the
refrigerator and freeze well.
