Guardian
originated in Maryland and was introduced in 1969.  The fruit is large, primary berries have an irregular, conic shape, and the second and later berries are symmetrical and smooth.  The skin is a light red and glossy with firm flesh of light red.  Planted in Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Michigan, southern Illinois, and Missouri.
