Serve   Cold, cooked as apple sauce or as a relish. Raw, as a fruit, a juice or fermented in ciders. Hot, in slices, cubes, stuffed and baked or whole baked as an accompaniment with beef, poultry or ham or as a dessert. Apples are also used in cakes, as garnishes and, of course. for apple pies and tarts, and apple butter. Dried apples are available loose or in packages. Spiced apples and spiced crab apples are available in jars.
