Warren Turban A winter squash, characterized by a turban-like formation at the blossom end. The Warren Turban is drum shaped, harvested at 8 to 10 inches long and 12 to 15 inches in diameter, with skin of bright reddish orange and scattered striping at the blossom end, and a blue turban. The thick, bright orange flesh is fairly dry, sweet, brittle and rather stringy containing a medium large seed cavity. |
