Harvested
at
a
length

14
inches
long
to
10
to
11
inches
thick,
this
squash
has
nearly
globular
shape
,
tapering
very
abruptly
to
the
apex
which
is
often
flattened,
and
tapering
,
more
gradually
toward
the
base.
The
surface
is
ribbed,
furrowed,
dimpled,
with
an
orange
skin
color,
laced
with
an
orange
buff
pattern
making
up
a
moderately
soft
shell,
medium
thick
shell.
The
flesh
is
orange
yellow,
thick
with
a
moderately
fine
and
moist
texture
of
fair
flavor.
