MEDITERRANEAN SEA SALT (COARSE) This is the most common of the sea salts. It's sold for use in salt grinders. It has the same clean crisp flavor of the fine Mediterranean sea salt, with a very salty  flavor. It has a grain that is slightly smaller and softer than common rock salt.  In this size it does not dissolve very quickly or easily. However, when used in a grinder to taste, it will give a clean flavor with depth to your food.
