BALI SEA SALT:

This salt is fairly white, and
is very moist. It has a fresh flavor, which is not too salty. This
salt would be fine to use as table salt or on meats or fish. It does
tend to contain a lot of debris, which can be picked out. This is from
using crude methods of solar evaporation. There are also a lot of
floating particles when the salt is dissolved in water . |
