U.S. Standards for grades on cherries are U.S.1 and U.S. Commercial.

U.S.1 sweet cherries which meet the following requirements;
Similar in variety, mature, fairly well colored, well formed and clean
Free from decay, soft or overripe or shriveled cherries, underdeveloped doubles, sunscald, and free from damage by any other cause.

The minimum diameter of each cherry should not be less than 3/4 inch unless otherwise specified.
