Serdelowa [cooked, smoked sausage] A sausage of Polish origin, made of medium ground, lean pork, lightly seasoned.  Meat is stuffed into hog casings and shaped into rings of about 1 lb.  Serdelowa is lightly smoked, and fully cooked.
