An English sausage similar in formula to bologna.
Finely ground seasoned meat is stuffed into hog casings and
twisted not linked. Warm dense smoke is used for a half hour
then the sausage is cooked at 175° F. for 15 minutes.

Season: Cinnamon, ginger, mace, salt, sugar, white pepper. |
