A rigid stainless steel blade, wide at the heel and tapers to a point. This is the most used knife in the Kitchen. Used for general chopping, slicing, and dicing. This knife is forged from one piece of high carbon stainless steel. Stamped knives are about 20% lighter than forged and do not hold the edge as well.
