Rolling Pin (mein jong)
A simple wooden roller, about 11 1/2 inches in diameter and 8 to 30 inches long. It is used for rolling dough thin or crushing nuts, and is popular in China.

A roller should never be soaked in water. It should be wiped clean with a moist sponge.
