 |  | Ladle and Turner (tong piu and wok chan)
 The ladle is curved and the turner is flat. These are especially useful, 
      when wok cooking, for stirring and turning quickly to prevent ingredients 
      from burning. The 
      ladle is held in the left hand and the turner in the right as the food is 
      stirred with
      a circular motion, lifting and dropping it as if tossing a salad, but 
      care must be taken to avoid bruising the ingredients.
