Darjeeling tea, is a black tea from Northern India and
depending on where it is grown and when it is harvested it can have an
ordinary to very complex flavor. The first harvest or flush in early
spring produces a lighter greener tasting tea. The second harvest
has a round more balanced taste and the Muscatel flavor that the
Darjeeling teas are known for.
