Temple
  easily removable skin and readily parted sections, is believed to be a hybrid of tangerine and sweet orange.  It is oblong round, tapering slightly to the stem, the size is medium to large, deep orange red color, with smooth or pebbled rind, leathery, thin, flesh orange and melting and very juicy with spicy flavor, rich and distinctive with well blended acidity and sweetness and about 20 seeds.  California and Arizona Temples are harvested from February until April with the peak being in mid April. Florida Temples are harvested from December 1st until mid-April, with the peak coming in early February.
