Carricillo  A pungent pale yellow, narrow shouldered, wrinkled, curved pepper of the cayenne type that ripens to a vermilion color.  Not used dried or fresh it is used pickled, usually in a fish dish. This yellow or blond (guero) is also called chile cristal, chile largo, and x-cat-ik.
