 Oak leaf has finely scalloped, particularly thin and soft leaves resembling an oak leaf. Noted for it's resistance to bitterness and sweet flavored, even in late Summer.. The plant forms an attractive, light green mound of unusual shaped leaves. For usage, plan on 6 to 8 servings per pound of well drained lettuce, approximately 75% per head of lettuce is yield.
