caused by tip burn, mildew, opening, seed stems, broken midribs, freezing,
discoloration, dirt, disease, insects or mechanical means. Each head
should be fairly well trimmed.Standard Pack Heads shall be fairly uniform in size and tightly but not excessively tightly packed in uniform layers in the containers, according to recognized methods, except that in standard fiberboard containers a bridge of 6 heads may be used in a 2 1/2 dozen pack, and in standard wooden crates a bridge may be used with sizes smaller than 5 dozen count.
