Juan Canary   This melon has a characteristic bright yellow exterior and a noticeable oblong or football shape.  The interior  is creamy white edged with traces of pink and a very sweet flavor.  Often used to balance the flavor of smoked products it is great as a stand alone snack of dessert item.
