Sun Grand  Medium size, elongated shape, regular and smooth with a deeply grooved tip.  The skin is creamy to greenish with red covering two thirds or more and often times has indistinct stripes.  The flesh is amber yellow, slightly streaked along the suture, attractive bright red on the stone cavity surface, fine grained, firm melting texture, with a slightly tart flavor, with little aroma freestone and comes to market the forth week of June.
