September Grand  Large to very large size with a round shape, uniform, amber skin, brownish with dark red blush on one fourth to one half of the surface, marked with numerous russet dots.  The flesh is light whitish amber with a dark red stone cavity.  The texture is firm, meaty, with a slight aroma, clingstone and comes to market the first week in September
