Perfection  
This is an apricot grown both in Washington and California. It originated at Waterville, Wash. from seed planted in 1911 by John Goldbeck and was introduced in 1937. Orange skin and flesh, fruit somewhat flattened but usually with equal halves; skin pebbly; large {2-1/2 in.), medium sutture, small pit, good flavor and quality, for fresh market, or processing. It is somewhat more acid than other important market varieties.
