Kiska [cooked sausage] A type of heavy blood pudding with oat groats included in ingredients.  It is stuffed into a beef round, or large hog casings, and thoroughly cooked.  Sections of the oat groat are apparent when the product is sliced.

Kiska is similar to Jaternice, except it is made with blood.
