Gribiche Sauce - Sauce Gribiche

Beat crumpled hard boiled egg yolks with vinegar and oil as you would when making mayonnaise.  Season with salt, pepper, and mustard and garnish with chopped cornichons, capers, parsley, tarragon and julienne of hard cooked egg whites.
