Vinaigrette - Sauce Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 quart or 1 liter
Ingredients U.S. Metric
Onion Chopped 6 ounces 150 to 200 grams
Oil 2 cups 5 deciliters
Vinegar 1/2 cup 1 1/2 deciliters
Parsley, Chives, Tarragon, Basil 5ounces 175 milliliters
Salt 1/2 teaspoon 4 grams
Pepper 1/8 teaspoon 1 gram

Procedure
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
2. Adjust the seasoning
