      Emu are very large flightless
birds native to Australia the Emu is harder to find than
      Ostrich
in the market place. These birds are less than one third the meat of the
Ostrich but has had a lot of focus recently because of its oil (Emu Oil)
that is said to have curative properties for the skin and muscles.
Emu are between 5 and 6 feet tall, and extremely fast runners.  The fifty
or sixty eggs which are laid take 60 days to hatch and are incubated by
      the male.

The Emu is very similar to the
Ostrich in flavor and texture and as
with the Ostrich if overcooked will
      become tough.
