the food industry.

Researched data, designed and wrote web sites and partnered with
various food councils to maintain up-to-date information.
· Defined
the four major global kitchens influencing modern cuisine: Asian, Native
American, European and African on the FoodCollege.com site. Utilized
video streaming from the Cooks Tour of the Pacific Rim and Cooks Tour of
Brazil.
· In
addition to individual subscribers, our clients have included the
Florida Culinary Institute and culinary apprentice
programs throughout the country.
