Cayenne ( Smooth Cayenne) 3 to 5.5 lbs, cylindrical shape, yellow flesh with high acid and high sugar content. The main growing areas are in Hawaii, Australia, Philippines and South Africa. This variety is sold to the fresh and canning market and is the most widely planted variety.
