Mango Quality   Smooth outer skin, usually green with yellowish to red areas.  It is round to oval, varying in size, weighing from half a pound to a pound.  The reds and yellows increase as the fruit ripens.  The pulp, when fully ripe, in the varieties usually marketed, is yellow, delicate, juicy, and has a flavor that reminds one of apricot and pineapple.
