Sebago a cross between the
Chippewa and Katahdin. It was first introduced in 1929.
The potatoes are large elliptical to round-elliptical, medium thick,
with smooth skin that is described as ivory yellow in color. The
eyes are shallow and the same color as the skin and the flesh of the
potato is white. This is a late season variety and a high field
producer.
