Easter (Easter Beurre) A medium to large size fruit, oval with a thick neck, thick skinned and somewhat tough, with a deep green color, sometimes russeted occasionally blushed, coarse flesh, gritty, moderately juicy, fairly sweet, pleasing flavor when properly grown and handled. The variety has not become commercially popular.
