Alabama,
this
species
can
also
grow
in
more
upland
conditions
than
the
high
bush
varieties.
This
variety
produces
well
in
more
acidic
soil
and
is
more
drought
and
heat
resistant.
Among
the
most
desirable
rabbiteye
varieties
are
the
Tifblue,
Briteblue,
Woodard,
Garden
Blue
and
Blue
Gem.
