  |  | A Swedish blue cheese made with cow's milk 
      and it is characterized by streaks of dull blue-gray 
      mold that are throughout the cheese.  It has a drum 
      shape with pale cream and natural rind is lightly dusted with moulds. 
      Adelost ripens in two to three months and has a fat content of 50 per 
      cent. This cheese is used as a table cheese. 
      Like other blue cheeses, Adelost has a sharp flavor with a 
      salty tang
