Milk chocolate is the kind typically used to make candy bars and other
candies. It contains at least 12 percent milk solids and 10 percent
chocolate liquor. The chocolate flavor is mellow and somewhat
caramelized because the chocolate liquor flavor is tempered by the dairy
products.
