Accomplishments included design, development and opening of new businesses:

·         Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America, Minneapolis Minnesota - Developed and launched all food & beverage outlets, menus and design.

·         Gold Class Cinemas - Worked with Village Road Show Client from Australia to develop upscale menus and kitchen design for the first “Gourmet” in-seat dining  theater experience in the United States. 

·         The integration of the Restaurant Associate’s PGA Golf Tournament Program into The Levy Group  - PGA National Championship, Senior PGA Championship, Senior US Open USGA, and Wachovia PGA Championship.. 

•       McCormick Place, Chicago - Designed menus, kitchens, retail food service areas and opened the new 500,000 square foot West Wing addition to McCormick Place. Developed  trend setting green initiatives as required by Mayor Daley and  the City of Chicago.
