Removing From Shell


Use a hammer to knock a whole in the third spiral.	Insert a sharp knife through the hole and cut the muscle that attaches the body to the shell	Separate the body from the shell(the body should just fall out).

Remove the Operculum and skin the muscle	The conch is now ready to use
