A large Snail harvested off the southern coast of Chile this gastropod mollusk is found in rocky areas up to 300 feet deep. Smaller than conch the flavor has much of the same sweetness with a texture that is more tender than that of its relative.
Forms Available: Cooked Frozen, Canned, Whole Meats Size: 2.5 to 3.5 inches average Available all year except October to December when season is closed.
