consists
of
pears
of
one
variety
which
are
mature
but
not
overripe,
carefully
handpicked,
clean,
fairly
well
formed,
free
from
decay,
internal
breakdown
,
scald,
freezing
injury,
worm
holes,
black
end,
and
from
damage
caused
by
hard
end,
bruises,
broken
skin,
russeting,
limb rubs,
hail,
scars,
drought
spot,
sunburn,
spray burn,
stings,
or
internal
breakdown.
Decay
scald
or
other
discoloration
which
may
have
developed
on
pears
after
they
have
been
in
storage
or
transit
shall
be
considered
as
affecting
condition
and
not
grade.
