Utah (shot top, Golden Crisp) high quality strain of green celery developed in the Great Salt Lake region, a hybrid of the giant Pascal.  Compact, full hearted, stalk 8 inches in length, solid stringless, with a distinct nutty flavor and blanches easily.  A good shipper this variety is particularly adapted to the Pacific Coast.
