Skim or partially skimmed
milk flavored with a chocolate syrup or powder is called
chocolate dairy drink. Frequently its milk fat content is about
2.3 percent and its milk solids-not-fat about 90 percent of the
amount in skim milk. Otherwise, it contains the same
ingredients as chocolate milk and is processed in the same
