 Whole milk flavored with a
chocolate syrup or powder is called chocolate milk. Usually its
milk fat content is the same as for whole milk, and it contains 1
percent cocoa or 1-1/2 percent liquid chocolate, plus 5 percent
sugar, and less than 1 percent stabilizers.
